Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Adil Khan Swati, the Chief Executive of the Company, has been serving on the Board of ISE Towers REIT Management Co. since 2019 as a member of its Audit and Building Committees. He previously worked as an Audit Associate at BDO International, Chartered Accountants, where he gained valuable financial and audit experience. Mr. Adil has also been awarded Pakistan’s Market Regulation and Commodity Broker’s Certification from the Institute of Financial Markets of Pakistan.
Director
Mr. Muhammad Irshad Swati, another promoter of the Company, brings extensive experience in the securities and futures market along with a strong background in industrial manufacturing. He is currently serving as Chairman of Pine Match (Pvt.) Ltd., one of Pakistan’s leading safety match manufacturers. Mr. Irshad is also a lifetime member of the SAARC Chamber of Commerce & Industry and the Confederation of Asia Pacific Chambers of Commerce & Industry (CACCI).

Mr. Yasar Khan Swati, a graduate of Punjab University, is one of the promoters of the Company and has been serving as Chief Executive of Pine Match (Pvt.) Ltd. since October 2002, a leading manufacturer of safety matches in Pakistan. He possesses strong expertise in the securities and futures markets since 2009. Mr. Yasar also holds Pakistan’s Market Regulation and Commodity Broker’s Certification from the Institute of Financial Markets of Pakistan.
